Studio Asora ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to our iOS app and this website.

1. Information We Collect

Our app uses Apple’s FamilyControls framework to access aggregated, opaque usage data that you explicitly authorize through Apple’s system interface.

• Selected apps and/or categories you choose via FamilyActivitySelection.
• Aggregated usage metrics (e.g., total minutes per selected app/category per day).

We do not collect detailed browsing history, screen contents, keystrokes, or any data for apps you did not select.

2. How We Use Information

We process this data solely to:

• Track progress toward your digital wellness and habit goals, including streaks.
• Provide optional insights and reminders to help you meet those goals.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics.

3. Data Storage & Sync

• Data is stored on your device by default.
• If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account and synced across your devices.
• We do not access your iCloud data or transfer your data to our servers.

4. Sharing of Information

We never sell, rent, or share your usage data with third parties. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored only in your personal iCloud account and remains under your control. We do not have access to it, and it is not shared with anyone else.

5. User Consent & Controls

• Access to Screen Time data is opt-in and requires your explicit authorization.
• You can revoke access at any time in the app’s Settings or in iOS Settings → Screen Time.
• You may change the selected apps/categories at any time.
• Tracking can be disabled at any time via an in-app toggle.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is intended for general audiences and is not marketed to children. We do not use the FamilyControls API for covert monitoring or parental surveillance. If you believe a child has provided us data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will assist.

7. Your Rights

• Access: View your usage and habit data within the app.
• Deletion: Delete your data from within the app; if iCloud is enabled, deletions sync to your iCloud storage.
• Consent Management: Revoke Screen Time authorization at any time.

8. Security

We follow platform best practices and store only the minimum data necessary to provide app functionality. Where iCloud sync is enabled, your data benefits from Apple’s built-in security for iCloud.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted within the app and on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
